Lwher - a small country North East of Heleo is where Kim Jaejoong was born. His mother was a witch while his father was a dragonborn. His father passed away as a warrior during a rebellion against the king. His mother worked as a healer for the king's soldiers. When the second son of the king was gravely wounded, Jaejoong's mother was preassured to heal him, given how she was known as the best healer in Lwher. Unfortunately, the prince died and the grieving, vengeful king blamed it on the woman for his death.Jaejoong's mother was then imprisoned and scheduled for a death sentence. She was paraded around from town to town, shamed and cursed for her failure. Meanwhile, Jaejoong was away, studying with a dragonborn master at Beimos, South of Lwher - where the highest mountain in the world is located. The master called himself as Greybeard. There, Jaejoong learned to hone his powers and to awaken his dragon form.During his last day, while meditating, a dragon appeared in his conscience. Bestowing him with his dragon form. As soon as he awoke, his appearance has changed (refer to the pictures below). And on the same day, a letter from an aunt from his mother's side was received. The news of his mother's humiliation and execution changed the once kind hearted man, into a murderous, evil madman.Jaejoong kept his mother's death from Greybeard and went home to Lwher. He instructed his family and friends to flee the country before he burnt it down. At dawn, the he struck. The soldiers and warrriors were no match for the dragonborn and soon, all five towns were destroyed in a fit of rage in just two days. The king and his descendants were all killed. Once his vengeance fulfilled, Jaejoong rested on the throne out of fatigue, with the heads of the royalties - young and old - scattered under his feet.With Lwher officially becoming a barren land, and the once glorious castle and thriving towns were degraded into nothing but ashes and rubbles; the dragonborn went to Heleo to start a new life. The downfall of Lwher was deemed as the rebellion's doing, as nobody knows what actually happened.

Angor - a small town in Narius Isles is where Ian was raised along with his foster older sister, Lana. Their father runs a small commercial livestock farm while their mother produce dyes on a small scale. The town only has 350 population and almost everyone has ink all over their bodies, except for children under 14 years of age.It was unknown as to where Ian came from. He was found afloat in a basket by the shore. A man whom happened to be Ian's now foster father; was taking a walk by the beach, spotted him and decided to take him in.The people of Angor lives both on land and water, with most of them living on land.Ian shared a few similar traits with the merfolks of Angor. Though his eyes are different in colour. While everybody has brown, blue and green eyes, his are purple and unlike other merfolks in general, he doesn't have a tail.Ian and Lana are 10 years apart. They are very close since Ian was little. Anywhere Lana would go, he would tail behind. When Lana got accepted as a mechanic at the Central Port in Heleo; Ian insisted on coming along and a pout was all it takes for his sister to cave in. Heleo is not like Angor where everybody is kind and honest. Lana always had to hold Ian's hand to prevent him from wandering off due to his high level of curiosity and gullibility. At one point, she wanted to send him back to Angor but didn't have the heart to do so, which she should have done because a week later while they were attending a party held by Lana's company, Ian accidentally broke a very expensive statue. Unable to pay; Lana, with a heavy heart, agreed to a contract where Ian would be sold off to slavery to pay off his debt.

Origin

Ian's mother was a mermaid who delved in witchcraft. His odd behavior, purple eyes and absence of tail was the result of his mother's experimenting potions and spells on herself out of obsession, without a single thought that it would affect her baby.At one month old, Ian was adrift by his own father who couldn't accept his imperfection. His own mother devastated but couldn't do anything to stop it. Regardless, she continued her practise, as if Ian was a sick pet, thrown away in hopes there would be someone who would take him in.

Present

Lana has been asking around for a cure for his brother after finding out that his condition is remediable. When she heard of a mermaid apothecary, she immediately goes to find her.
